XCF and KYF float advance machines are aerated flotation machines with small impeller diameter and low circumferential velocity,which can reduce power by 30-50%.There is an air distributor in the groove,so the air is evenly dispersed:the impeller plays the role of centrifugal pump,which can make the solid particles fully suspended;the U-shaped groove structure,which can make the tailings deposition minimum;the impeller structure and blade gap flow channel design is reasonable,the impeller wear is more uniform,the impeller and stator service life is long.KYF type has no self-priming pulp ability,low power:KCF type has self-priming pulp ability,can be configured horizontally,without foam pump,but the power consumption is slightly higher than KYF,so XCF type and high KYF type are generally configured into units,XCF type is suction tank,KYF type is dc tank,combined unit can be configured horizontally,without foam pump.
